Anti-Bias Community of Practice is a safe space for Early Childhood Educators to reflect, discuss, and put into practice their anti-bias lens. Conversations and content will include partnering with every family, connecting with every child, and designing universally designed environments with an equity lens.<\/div>\n

WHO: Family child care providers and educators caring for young children other than their own. Participants must be living or working in Napa County.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
WHEN: First Wednesdays from 6- 7:30, participants must be able to commit to attending the majority of PLCs over an 18 month period (excluding summers).<\/div>\n

Las conversaciones y temas incluir\u00e1n alianzas con cada familia, conexi\u00f3n con cada ni\u00f1o, y planeaci\u00f3n de ambientes de dise\u00f1o universal con una perspectiva de equidad (justicia social).<\/div>\n

QUI\u00c9N: Proveedores de cuidado infantil en el hogar y educadores que cuidan a ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os que no sean los suyos propios. Los participantes deben trabajar o ser residentes del condado de Napa<\/div>\n
