DESCRIPTION:Taller de Prácticas de Cuidado Informado Sobre el Trauma en la infancia\n“Taller en español de 2 sesiones\, para Familias bajo el programa Bridge y Proveedores de Cuidado Infantil del condado de Napa – En Persona” \nPrimera Sesión: Sábado 2 de mayo de 2026\, de 9:30am a 12:30pm\nMódulo 1: Promoviendo entornos Seguros y de Apoyo para la Primera Infancia \nEste módulo ofrece un repaso general acerca del cuidado informado sobre el trauma\, cómo afecta el desarrollo y el comportamiento infantil\, y estrategias que favorecen la resiliencia en los niños. \nEl objetivo de este módulo es comprender los tipos de trauma\, el sistema del cuidado de crianza (Foster care)\, qué son las experiencias adversas en la infancia (ACE)\, cuál es el impacto del trauma al cerebro y al comportamiento; y qué estrategias existen para apoyar a los niños (as)\, formar su resiliencia y minimizar los efectos adversos del trauma. \nSegunda Sesión: Sábado 9 de mayo de 2026\, de 9:30am a 12:30pm\nMódulo 2: Fortaleciendo el Bienestar de Proveedores de Cuidado Infantil. \nEste módulo ofrece una descripción general de la importancia del cuidado propio y brinda estrategias para prevenir el agotamiento y el estrés negativo. \nEl objetivo de este módulo es conocer los conceptos de trauma en adultos\, comprender sobre el impacto que tiene el estrés en la salud física\, emocional y en las relaciones\, y aprender a diferenciar entre el agotamiento y la fatiga por compasión.
