DESCRIPTION:Join Community Resources for Children and Napa Moms for a special screening of No Country for Mothers\, a documentary film from Moms First and Reshma Saujani that explores motherhood\, work\, family support\, and the culture wars that keep women divided. \nThe film follows a growing national movement challenging the false choices often placed on mothers\, such as working vs. stay-at-home or “girlboss” vs. “tradwife\,” and argues that the real issue is structural. American families have been set up to fail\, and meaningful change requires solutions that support all parents and caregivers. \nDetails:\nDate: October 26th\, 2026\nTime: 5:45 pm–8 pm\nLocation: Blue Oak School’s Lower School Campus\n1436 Polk Street\, Napa \nWhat to expect:\n5:45- 6:00 pm – Light refreshments and mingling\n6:00-7:15 pm – Documentary screening\n7:15-8:00 pm – Facilitated community conversation \nChild Care Available:\nComplimentary child care for up to 30 children is available for ages 4 and up\, generously provided by the team at Blue Oak School.
