    FAMILY SUPPORT CASE MANAGER

Jasmine Guinn, a Napa Valley native, joins Community Resources for Children with a strong background in mental health education and a deep commitment to supporting the well-being of children, families, and the broader community. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and Family Human Services from the University of Oregon, where her passion for education and community care took root.

Jasmine has worked in a range of educational and enrichment settings across Oregon and Napa Valley. She has led afterschool programs, facilitated camp activities that foster creativity and social-emotional development, supported elementary students as a substitute teacher with Scoot Education, and served as a lead instructor with the Youth Mental Health Academy through the Child Mind Institute. In that role, she taught high school students about mental health topics, guided them through capstone research projects, and helped build skills in resilience, critical thinking, and self-awareness.

Jasmine is proud to give back to the Napa community that shaped her upbringing and is dedicated to making CRC’s resources accessible to those who need them most. Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys cheering on her favorite sports teams, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her cat, Stewie.
