    Early Learning Program Specialist
    Paula was born and raised in Chile. In her home country, she earned her degree in clinical psychology, where she worked primarily in the areas of neuropsychology and rehabilitation, with children and adults. In order to learn English and gain life experience working abroad, she moved to New Zealand, where she discovered the world of wine, which allowed her to s work in other places and learn about other cultures. In 2016, she settled in Napa, where she started her family. Since 2017, she has joined CRC, conducting workshops for childcare providers, Active Minds classes, and ASQ (Developmental Questionnaires) for children. In 2020, she decided to dedicate herself to caring for her 2 little boys, and in 2023, she returned to the CRC team.
    Currently, Paula has received training in Trauma Informed Care, one of her favorite topics, as she is passionate about learning and sharing strategies on how to care for and build a compassionate, inclusive, and safe community for everyone, especially our children.
    Paula is deeply motivated by childhood and early childhood care. As well as creating supportive and trusting spaces so that families and caregivers can learn healthy strategies to support the challenging and rewarding stages of early childhood.
