Emily Alexander.

Emily joins CRC with extensive non-profit experience, working with clients in residential care. After studying Human Development at Sonoma State University, Emily began working with at-risk adolescents ‘in-residence’ at Hanna Boys Center in Sonoma. As a Lead Youth Counselor, she oversaw and directed the day-to-day treatment programs for youth in her care. Emily soon moved into managing a Group Home at HBC, where she provided leadership to the Youth Counselors, maintained adherence to licensing guidelines, and was responsible for the safety and wellbeing of each client.  Emily is committed to building resilience in children through a trauma-informed lens and brings to CRC years of education and training with the International Trauma Institute. On the weekends you can find Emily and her puppy Pepper hiking local trails or exploring new campsites.
