Fransine Villasenor.

Fransine joins CRC with experience working with youth and families through Non-profit programs, as well as connecting with the community through events and personal engagement.

Fransine was born and raised in Napa Valley. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Child and Family Studies from San Jose State University. It was there her passion for working with youth and families continued, but also where she fell in love with planning events.

Fransine’s past experience includes working as a Community Engagement Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, Group Home Counselor, Child Abuse Prevention Advocate, and Parent Education Class Facilitator. She has participated in youth program development and provided specialty program presentations to elementary aged youth.

Fransine is committed to ensuring that CRC program and resource information is distributed and known throughout the community; through mainstream shares as well as out of the box thinking.

Coming from a family who benefited from resources like CRC, as a child, she understands the importance these programs provide; both in development for the child, as well as support for the parents.

When she is not working, you can find Fransine spending time with her family, having movie nights and stopping to pet all of the dogs.
