Katie Manley.

Katie was born in Alaska and moved to California as a little girl. She started off working for the Napa Valley Unified School District as a one-to-one aide with a child with special needs and wanted to further her education as she continued to work with children. She has worked in the ECE field for 10 years with infants, toddlers and preschool-aged children. Katie has her Infant-Toddler specialty certification, and they were her last age group she taught before she started her position as an Early Learning Program Specialist with CRC. Her passion as a teacher was creating a culturally inclusive classroom, engaging with families to be a part of the curriculum and bonding with children to create an environment to help represent their likes and meet their developmental needs.

She has her bachelor’s degree from California State University of Sacramento in Early Childhood and Adolescent Development, with a concentration in Early Development, Care and Education. During her free time, Katie loves to go on fun adventures with her daughter, take photos, have game nights with her friends and relax at home and read.
