Katie was born and raised in the Napa Valley. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She brings over 10 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience to the team, supporting the organization’s mission of helping adults provide safe, nurturing care for children. With a strong eye for detail and a deep respect for accountability, she manages financial records, reconciliations, payroll, and reporting with accuracy and care.

Committed to supporting meaningful work behind the scenes, Katie understands that sound financial management helps ensure resources are used effectively to serve families and strengthen communities. She takes pride in helping the organization remain financially healthy and mission focused.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time at home and getting lost in a good book, constantly learning and exploring new ideas. When she needs fresh air and perspective, you’ll likely find her out on a scenic hike, appreciating nature and recharging.
