Valeria Alvarez.

Valeria was born and raised in Napa, CA. After graduating from Vintage High School, she went on to get her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Sacramento State University. After graduating, she relocated to Denver, Colorado where she worked as a Reengagement Specialist for Colorado Youth for a Change, helping youth reclaim their educational paths by re-enrolling into school. When she moved back to California, she dedicated her expertise to supporting at-risk youth at VOICES Solano, catering to individuals ages 12-26. Valeria is passionate about helping youth and their families navigate unfamiliar systems, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need. On her free time, you can catch her at the gym, hanging out with friends, or spending time with her dog, Cookie.
